Because we custom make our products just for you we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have any production issues with your tote, please email us with pictures and a description of the issue at support@summerlaneexchange.com within 3 days of delivery of your product so we can make it right!

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
