How does your business work?
Summer Lane Exchange is a print-on-demand company, specializing in creating unique t-shirts, sweatshirts, candles, bags, phone cases, and other items. We create the designs and select the products and offer them to you at great prices. As a print-on-demand business, we have no inventory; when you place an order the product you selected is printed just for you and shipped within 2-5 days. And, as always, shipping is free.
Can i request a design?
Yes! We are open to ideas for designs. Please email support@summerlaneexchange.com with your idea. Note that Summer Lane Exchange will never pay for a design and will not pay residuals or make any sort of one-time or on-going payments to use your design. When you upload a design you allow Summer Lane Exchange to use it royalty-free in perpetuity.
We also have our section called Personalize it! that allows you to upload an individual design and we'll put it on your selected product. That design is yours and yours only, making the product you purchase with your unique design a one-of-a-kind! Visit our Personalize it! section for more information.
What is your return policy?
Because this is a print-on-demand process, the creation of your product occurs soon after your order is placed. We are unable to accommodate returns. However, if you have an issue with your order that is related to the quality of the product, please send a picture of the product as well as your order information and a description of the issue to support@summerlaneexchange.com within 3 days of delivery of your product and we will make it right for you. At this time we do not ship outside the U.S.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is always free at Summer Lane Exchange.
How long will it take for me to receive my order? What are your delivery terms?
Summer Lane Exchange has selected partners that create and deliver high quality products. Your product is sent to our printer in 1-2 days. Once printed, it is then shipped via Standard Shipping, which can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Overall, you should receive your order in 7-10 days.
